A Tesla BioHealing Center, a former motel in East Dubai

But since last summer, the building in East Dubai, Illinois, about three hours west of Chicago, has been outfitted with little-known medical devices that supposedly provide patients with "life force energy".

This former motel is one of several sites across the United States that offer this type of treatment and is affiliated with Tesla BioHealing, which has nothing to do with the famous car company.
